Founder & CEO
Michael started Trainyxa after 15 years in recruitment, where he saw how personal connections led to the best career matches. His vision was simple: build technology that strengthens professional relationships rather than replacing them. When he's not working, you'll find him hiking in Cavan's countryside or coaching his local GAA team.
